RETURN & REFUND POLICY

The Baxsa Co. gives its customers' preferences utmost importance. Any order* that needs to be exchanged should be returned within 7 days. Once the returned product reaches us, the amount for the same will be added to your account after/within 14 days.

The customer will have to send the order at their expense via any postal service. We will provide a credit note to you for your next purchase.
